We perform the following services in our 25,000 sq. ft., 2 building facility.

Repairs: All kinds of repairs and emergency repairs. Fabrication of replacement parts. Repair of broken parts, turning shafts, keyways, grinding, straightening of weldments, frames, etc.

CNC Control: Drilling, tapping, contour milling, facing, etc. - All metals.

Sheet Metal: Guards, tanks, custom cabinets, consoles, NEMA enclosures, boxes, frames, racks, etc.

Machining: Turning, CNC jig boring, CNC milling, broaching, drilling & grinding of shafts, gears, spacers, special shapes, threading, etc.

Heavy Fabrication: Custom built heavy metal structures, special machinery and related equipment. Sub assemblies or completed machinery.

Welding: Semi automatic and manual MIG, TIG, and stick welding of steel, aluminum, stainless steel, cast iron repairs, etc.

Painting: Lacquers, enamels, urethanes, polyurethanes, and heat resistant finishes.

Assembly: Soldering, brazing, light parts assembly, pneumatic tubing and electrical wiring.

Trucking: We have capabilities for pick up and delivery in the local area.
